Care team
Care Team consists of 4 parts:
Cards: Encouraging and uplifting those going through a difficult period by sending cards that let them know we care.
Meals: Providing some relief to those going through a challenging time by delivering home cooked meals.
Visitation: Connecting with those who are housebound, (temporarily or otherwise), with personal visits.
Prayer: Praying for those in need who have requested prayer support.
