In the spring of 2021, a new logo was unveiled for I Love South Side.  As our mission and vision of ILSS had been more clearly defined, we felt a new logo should also "speak" of that mission and vision visually.

The icons on the logo are not mere icon buildings that we placed on the graphic to look appealing.  These icons represent our neighborhood.  The buildings on each end are schools, representing our relationship and partnership with Monroe Primary Center and Riley High School, both public schools in the South Bend Community School Corporation.  The church ... well, that's LSC.  There are houses represented that signify the homeowners and renters throughout our neighborhood streets.  The tall apartment building represents the residents of Miami Hills.  And the building with the awning is to represent the businesses that are sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.

Act Justly - Love Mercy - Walk Humbly

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you?

To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Micah 6:8 NIV

The colors used in the logo were chosen with purpose also.  The colors used are the same colors you will see in the Living Stones Church logo.  Without LSC, there would be no I Love South Side.  Therefore, we wanted there to be a visual tie in connecting the two.
