We're excited to announce our plans for GIVE 2018! This is a special time of year where we, as a church family, go above and beyond our usual ways of giving - in time, resources, prayer, etc - and give back to our community. This year we are partnering with KidsPeace, a local agency serving the foster care community. In working with KidsPeace we have found many ways to support their agency over the next month, which allows for all Living Stoners to get involved!
This year there are four ways to get involved!!
You can give a monetary gift using the specially marked GIVE envelopes, online or via the LSC APP. Monetary donations will help offset the costs for behind the scenes items needed for Care Packages, luncheon for KidsPeace staff, fabric, Christmas party goodies, etc. Any amount remaining will be donated to the South Bend KidsPeace office where funds will be designated for foster parent resources, training, and recognition.
We are collecting items to donate to KidsPeace for children entering foster care. Items on the list are requested from KidsPeace, so please stick to the list. Shop for boys and girls, sizes infant through teenagers.
