STAFF & ELDERS

  • Adam Gustine

    Interim Lead Pastor

Adam is the newbie at Living Stones. He is married to Ann and they have 3 kids (Josiah, Levi and Nina). Returning to the area from Chicago, Adam is excited to help LSC during this season of transition. "Ive always been particularly fond of LSC; Im thrilled to be a part of a church with such a passion for their neighborhood!"

He is the Founder of Jubilee Ventures, an economic incubator here in South Bend, and leads CovEnterprises, a social enterprise project for the Evangelical Covenant Church denomination. Adam is obsessed with all things Irish, getting out on the golf course and eating as much good BBQ as possible.

  • Angie Medors

    Director of Ministries

Angie, the chemist amongst us, is a Purdue grad (don’t hold that against her), wife to Sky and mom to Mara (18), Allison (16) and Seth (12). She takes on the major task of keeping us all organized and on track, then goes home and does the same for her family! “I love Living Stones’ passion to serve the South Side!” When she’s not running a 1/2 marathon, or running her kids all over, she’s watching college football (Boiler Up!).

  • MEREDITH WALTMAN

Director of Student Ministries & Engagement

Meredith has worked with children for 16+ years beginning in a preschool as teacher and then director, in children’s ministry, and now with our students. She’s always loved children & students, but the at-risk children of the south side changed her heart forever. Meredith is married to Jim and mom to 4 year old, Coraline Wren! “I love that you don't have to put on a face to walk in the doors here, we are the most real group of people I have ever had the experience to worship and work with.” Meredith loves all the outdoors stuff like kayaking and hiking, photography, her big St. Bernard puppy, and anatomical heart tattoos.

  • Jenn Paul

    Director of Children's Ministry

Jenn comes from the marketing and event planning world and is certified in early childhood education. Married to Chris, she is mom to Libby (20), step-mom to Colleen (16) and Gabby (13) and has a slew of pets: dog, Gus (the jerk!), cats, Twig, Jax, and Biscuit Jones, and a fish named Hilary that was supposed to be dead by now! “Living Stones is unlike any church I’ve ever been to - everyone has a story, past mistakes, flaws, challenges - but when you come to Living Stones, none of that matters. Living Stones feels like home!” Jenn loves books, collecting more than she has time to read. Keep your eye out too - she loves musical theatre and has been know to popup locally onstage or backstage!

  • Jim Waltman

Director of Worship & creative Arts

Jim, the guy found on the electric guitar most weeks, is our Director of Worship and Creative Arts.  Jim is originally from the small town of Lebanon, IN, but moved to the "big city" of South Bend back in 2003.  In May 2018 Jim graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts.  Some of his favorite musicians include Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan.  Jim loves to spend time putting together LEGOs with his family, wife of 9 years, Meredith and their 4 year old daughter, Coraline Wren.

  • Katie Ring

    Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistant, Katie Ring, who's been hanging around Living Stones for about 9 years now, along with her family - husband, Jim and kiddos Peyton (15), Madison (12), and twins, Taylor and Emma (11).  You probably won't find the Ring family home much as they spend their "free time" hanging out at the ball field or other sporting events with their kids... but they wouldn't have it any other way.  Shopping is one of Katie's faves - just say Target or Amazon Prime!
